- Fee is based on number of pre-screened candidates transmitted to your company.
2. Optimus Recruits Added Value Package
- We do all the services outlined in the Basic Package.
- Plus, we administer psychological testing and in-depth interview to arrive at a shortlist of a minimum of 5 candidates for your job vacancies.
- You are given a minimum of 5 shortlisted candidates that meet your job specifications who have already gone through screening, testing and in-depth interviews.
- Fee is based on number of shortlisted candidates referred to your company.
3. Optimus Recruits Full Service Package
- We source, screen, test, interview and shortlist candidates until you find the candidate that best suits your job vacancies.
- Fee is based on gross annual compensation of the position to be filled upon successful placement
