HOW WE STARTED
It all started with a desire to make optimum learning easily accessible to people at work and job seekers. In May 2001, the Human Resources Management and Consultancy Services Division was created under Optimus Managers & Advisors, Inc., a management and consulting company established in 1991 with the mission to enable client-enterprises to succeed in global competition through cutting-edge and innovative management technology. In its two years existence, this division has operationalized an abundance of learning innovations which it bequeathed to Optimus Innovations, Inc., registered with the SEC last September 19, 2003.
